Backyard Garlic grinder jars and refill bags are filled with garlic grown in Maine by us and in New Hampshire by our partner farmer. We dehydrate the garlic one small batch at a time in our own licensed dehydration facility.
We sell our garlic in spice jars with attached grinder lid (think, pepper mill, but with freshly dehydrated garlic snapping-crackingly-crisp and robust) and in refill bags (never run out of garlic!)

Refill & Use Instructions
Never run out of Backyard Garlic. Simply open the resealable refill bag, unscrew the lid of your grinder (turn left), and refill as needed.
Backyard Garlic works with most pepper mills or spice grinders—just be sure your grinder is airtight to keep moisture out. Store your filled grinder with your other spices. In humid conditions, we recommend storing your grinder or refill bag in the refrigerator or in a tightly sealed container.

Our Story
Rebecca and Margaret met on the ultimate frisbee field a long time ago. Competitive, spirited and happy for every day spent outside no one who knows either of them is surprised to see them standing in a field now. (This field is full of buckwheat but Rebecca might be holding a frisbee at her back.)
