Backyard Garlic is 100% garlic. That’s all, just garlic.
Backyard Garlic grinder jars and refill bags are filled with garlic grown in New Hampshire and Maine by us and our partner farmers. We dehydrate the garlic one small batch at a time in our own licensed dehydration facility.
We sell our garlic in glass spice jars with attached grinder lid (think, pepper mill) and in refill bags (never run out of garlic!) That's it. That's what we do.

Our Story
Rebecca and Margaret met on the ultimate frisbee field a long time ago. Competitive, spirited and happy for every day spent outside no one who knows either of them is surprised to see them standing in a field now. (This field is full of buckwheat but Rebecca might be holding a frisbee at her back.)
